How We Take Back This Earth for Christ
Pastor Gives Epic Speech at Missouri Capitol with the Power to Change the World
The Savage State of America
65 million children have been murdered in America under the church’s watch.
Even after the recent overturning of Roe V Wade, abortions in the US are on the rise. How is this happening? The dirty little secret of the pro-life movement is that they do NOT want to end abortion. Rather, they seek to protect the rights of women who abort their children to keep them exempt from God’s justice and the legal consequences of murdering their offspring. Learn more in the free documentary: The Fatal Flaw: Lies, Laws, & Pro-life Deception.
The video reveals the pro-life mantra that women who murder their babies are victims. Therefore, they should not be held guilty for their crimes. Rather, it is the abortionists who should suffer the consequences of murder — not the mothers.
To be fair, some women are genuine victims in the abortion industry. Some are victims of lies and others of abuse. And sadly, sometimes abusers force women and children to destroy the life growing inside their wombs even against their will. However, this is not always the case. Instead, many women rejoice in killing their offspring. That is why it has become popular to “shout” your abortion. The world would minimize the life of the child and maximize the inconvenience of carrying a baby to term, sacrificing self, and raising the child. Instead of self-sacrifice, they promote child sacrifice.
In all this mess, it is easy to forget that abortion rarely begins with the intent to murder. Rather, it springs forth from a society that accepts and promotes rampant sexual immorality.
Blessings, Curses, and Obedience
There is an often ignored, simple solution to end the epidemic of unwanted pregnancies without the need to consider abortion: Abstain from sexual intercourse until lawfully married and embrace God’s mandate to populate the earth and subdue it. On a side note: Don’t think for a second this world is overpopulated. That is a devil lie. Have you ever flown across the country? There is a tremendous amount of land patiently waiting for humans to transform into paradise.
Not many people are aware of the abundant renewable resources that God has built into the universe, including water, oil, and electricity. The elite controllers would have us believe these resources are scarce in order to further their satanic agenda of world dominance. Yet, God in His great love for us has supplied abundant resources so that we can subdue the earth for Christ.
However, when fornication, infanticide, and perversion are the standard practice in a nation — we can never hope for God to bless the inhabitants of that land. Instead, we should only expect the Deuteronomic curses to abound.
Learn more about Blessings, Curses, and Obedience.
Satan knows how to ensure God’s curse upon a nation. That’s why he entices peoples and nations to practice these three abominations: lawlessness, immorality, and the shedding of innocent blood. When this trinity of evil is the societal norm, the Bible says that the land itself will vomit out its inhabitants. See Leviticus 18:28.
America is ripe for such a purging. And if we do not repent as a church and as a nation, we can expect the land to spew us out just as God promises.
Yet, there is hope.
A Handful of Faithful Men
Thankfully, there are a handful of faithful men and women in America proclaiming the Lordship of Christ over all creation.
Pastor Jeff Durbin of Apologia Church is one such man. He and other like-minded Christians are seeking to establish equal rights for the unborn by promoting legislation that would criminalize all abortion in the United States of America. And Durbin is taking his message to the public forum and the political leaders at the state and local levels.
[Keep reading to hear Durbin’s Epic Speech.]
Interestingly, it is NOT the legislators or pro-abort advocates who are fighting the hardest against Durbin’s attempts to criminalize abortion and protect the rights of innocent babies (the true victims). Rather, the pro-life movement has provided the strongest opposition to the efforts of men like Durbin and other Abolitionist ministries like End Abortion Now. Again, learn more here: The Fatal Flaw: Lies, Laws, & Pro-life Deception.
Thankfully, Durbin understands that part of the duty of the church is to declare the crown rights of Jesus Christ over all creation. He and others recognize that that includes the rulers and authorities of nations. BTW — this is HOW we take back this world for Christ. We share the gospel in the power of the Spirit, command men everywhere to repent, and warn men and nations of the coming judgment. Take a fresh look at the book of Jonah and you will see this is precisely what happened.

When Is The Coming Judgment?
Since Jesus Christ is sitting at the right hand of God ruling and reigning now — He is continuously judging nations. Psalm 110 is the Old Testament passage that is most quoted in the New Testament. I plan to do a separate post dealing specifically with this Psalm, tracing its theme throughout the New Testament. Psalm 110 is the single most significant passage in the entire Bible when dealing with eschatology (the end times).
Learn my prediction of when Christ will return based on this and other biblical passages.
Let’s look at Psalm 110 briefly here now.
Psalm 110:1 says Christ is ruling NOW from heaven and will reign until all His enemies submit to Him.
Psalm 110:2 says Christ is ruling among His enemies.
Psalm 110:3 says that God’s people will volunteer to fight in this fight against evil.
Psalm 110:4 says that God will not stop until He has won.
Psalm 110:5 says that God will destroy wicked rulers in the process.
Psalm 110:6 says that He will judge among wicked and righteous nations.
Psalm 110:7 says that He will not stop until He has total victory.1
The Bible is one cohesive message from Genesis to Revelation. So we ought to expect to see this message repeated in the New Testament.
Learn why Psalm 110:1 might be God’s favorite Bible verse.
What Does King Jesus Say?
Jesus shared a similar message in the gospel of John:
“Now is the judgment of this world; now the ruler of this world will be cast out” (John 12:31).
There is no postponement to God’s judgment. It is NOW, meaning it began in Jesus’ day — just as Psalm 110 declares. Jesus sat on the throne at the Ascension and began His rule of power at the right hand of God amid His enemies. And His righteous judgments will continue until the last day.
The job of the church is to testify to the nations of the present rule and reign of Christ. Jesus sent a helper, the Holy Spirit of promise, to help His chosen volunteers fight the good fight to destroy the enemies of Christ, namely the devil and those who serve him. [On another side note: Jesus Christ can destroy His mortal enemies in two ways: 1) He can soundly convert them, or 2) He can remove them altogether or from positions of power and prestige.]
Our weapons are not carnal — but mighty through God to tearing down the satanic strangleholds on society (2 Corinthians 10:3-5). We fight with the Word of God and in the power of the Spirit.
Nevertheless I tell you the truth. It is to your advantage that I go away; for if I do not go away, the Helper will not come to you; but if I depart, I will send Him to you. And when He has come, He will convict the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment (John 16:7-8).
Jesus sent the Holy Spirit, our Helper, at Pentecost. You can read about it in Acts Chapter Two. This Holy Spirit would be the One to convict the world of sin, righteousness, and judgment.
But there’s more.
Why Sin, Righteousness, and Judgment?
The John 16 passage goes on to explain the significance of sin, righteousness, and judgment. Jesus continues His words: “of…
Sin, because they do not believe in Me (John 16:9); of
Righteousness, because I go to My Father and you see Me no more; (John 16:10); of
Judgment, because the ruler of this world is judged” (John 16:11).
The judgment has been decreed. But the message must go forth to men and nations. Jesus commissioned the Church to teach the nations to obey everything He commanded (Matthew 28:18-20).
The Helper convicts men of sin because they do not believe in Jesus — and, God wants the world to follow Christ.
The Holy Spirit convicts men of righteousness — since the righteous One is now reigning from Heaven, the Holy Spirit must reveal God’s Law to men. Why? Because God wants righteousness and justice on earth so He can bless us.
And, finally, the Holy Spirit convicts men of judgment. Why? Because the ruler of the world system has been judged. If the ruler of the world system (Satan) has been judged — then all those who follow him can expect the same judgment.
Because of #3, Christians can have confidence that the devil has already lost the battle. Satan may create the illusion that he is winning down here — but it is a LIE.
Sadly, many Christians believe the devil and his minions above the words of Christ.
Here’s the solid, biblical truth: Jesus Christ triumphed over ALL the devils at the cross, including Satan.
Having disarmed principalities and powers, He made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them in it [the cross]. Colossians 2:15.
What Happened to the Good News?
The Bible says if we belong to Christ, then we are ruling and reigning with Him even though we are still on earth. This is true because we are united with Him.
Even when we were dead in trespasses, [He] made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved), and raised us up together, and made us sit together in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus (Ephesians 2:6-7).
Why?
That in the ages to come He might show the exceeding riches of His grace in His kindness toward us in Christ Jesus (Ephesians 2:8).
We are seated with Christ now, ruling with Him, so we can work with Him to fulfill all the good promises to Abraham — that in his Seed (that is Christ) — all the NATIONS of the earth would be BLESSED (Galatians 3:8).
This is WHY the gospel is such good news. Yet, it seems the εὐαγγέλιον (G2098) — the good news of the Kingdom — has been switched out for bad news. Instead of fighting the good fight for which Christ paid for the victory, we shrug our shoulders and say, “The world is only going to get worse and worse.” And so it does.
It takes FAITH to overcome the world, the flesh, and the devil.
For whatever is born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world—our faith. 1 John 5:4
We need faithful ministers with ever increasing faith to share the truth with the world and put the good news back into the gospel — and warn those who reject God’s ways that they are in danger of judgment and hellfire, i.e., put the fear of God in them.
The fear of God restrains men from doing evil.
An oracle within my heart concerning the transgression of the wicked: There is no fear of God before his eyes. Psalm 36:1
We live in a nation filled with wicked men who do not fear the Lord. Yet, how will they fear Him when they have not been warned of the judgment to come?
How Will the Nations Get the Right Message?
God uses people to declare His righteous decrees on earth, to point men and nations to Christ and His Law — and the fear of the Lord.
How then shall they call on Him in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear without a preacher? And how shall they preach unless they are sent? Romans 10:14-15.
It is the job of the church to command “all men everywhere to repent” (Acts 17:30). Why? In the first century, it was because He was about to judge their world as promised (Acts 17:31).2
God wants His church to warn the world of the judgment that will come upon nations that refuse Him as King — as well as the eternal judgment. The two are intricately connected of course — yet God isn’t merely interested in the eternal state. He also loves justice and righteousness on earth. This is why He taught us to pray, “Your kingdom come. Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven” (Matthew 6:10).
Judgment In Every Time
In our day, it is the same. Every nation that does not bow the knee to King Jesus has an expiration date already decreed in heaven. We may not know the day and hour of judgment, but we can read the signs.
One of the biggest signs that God has given a nation over to judgment is the increase of wickedness in that place (see Romans 1:18-32). The next sign of judgment is the increase of wicked leadership. John Calvin wrote, “When God wants to judge a nation, He gives them wicked rulers.” Ultimately, God is the one who establishes authority, sets up thrones, and tears down kingdoms.
And He changes the times and the seasons;
He removes kings and raises up kings;
He gives wisdom to the wise
And knowledge to those who have understanding. Daniel 2:21
Don’t think for a second that men like Bill Gates, Joe Biden, and Klaus Schwab have any control over our nation based on their own cunning and prowess. On the contrary, God has placed these men in positions of power because our nation has turned away from His righteous decrees. And if the church repents — God can deplatform these imposters in a nanosecond.
The instant I speak concerning a nation and concerning a kingdom, to pluck up, to pull down, and to destroy it, if that nation against whom I have spoken turns from its evil, I will relent of the disaster that I thought to bring upon it. Jeremiah 18:7-8.
While God may grant wicked leaders a small time on earth to rule. In the end, they will be destroyed — and there will be casualties in the wake — but the meek shall inherit the earth.
Those nations that follow the prince of darkness will be judged in varying degrees according to their wickedness with the curses of Deuteronomy and Leviticus until they repent. These judgments will continue throughout history until the knowledge of the glory of the Lord covers the earth as the waters cover the sea (Habakkuk 2:14) and all Christ’s enemies are a footstool for His feet (Psalm 110:1). Then comes the end (1 Corinthians 15:24-25), when Christ returns to a faithful and spotless bride (Ephesians 5:27) and the New Jerusalem comes down from heaven to earth.3
At this same time, those who followed Satan will face their final judgment and be condemned into the Lake of Fire and those who follow Christ will receive their glorified, resurrected bodies.
Testifying before Kings and Lawmakers
As Christians, we must warn men and nations of their duty to submit to Christ and turn to His Law or to be judged alongside the evil one. This is an integral part of the gospel message. Any message that falls short of this truth is a truncated version of the good news of the Kingdom at best, and a satanic ploy to bring devastation, death, and judgment to a land at worst.
God wants His church to declare Christ’s preeminence over governments, nations, kingdoms, principalities, and authorities.
This is WHY…
Jesus Christ called the Apostle Paul a “chosen vessel” to bear Christ’s testimony before kings (Acts 9:15);
The Psalmist promised to unashamedly share God’s testimonies before kings (Psalm 119:46);
Jesus told the Apostles that they would be brought before governors and kings to testify of Him (Matthew 10:18).
The gospel is not merely for mortal men. It is also for nations.
“There is not a square inch in the whole domain of our human existence over which Christ, who is Sovereign over all, does not cry, Mine!”
―Abraham Kuyper
A nation that follows God’s Law is blessed beyond measure.
Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord,
The people He has chosen as His own inheritance. Psalm 33:12
A nation that turns away from God’s Law is cursed.
The instant I speak concerning a nation and concerning a kingdom, to pluck up, to pull down, and to destroy it, if that nation against whom I have spoken turns from its evil, I will relent of the disaster that I thought to bring upon it. And the instant I speak concerning a nation and concerning a kingdom, to build and to plant it,if it does evil in My sight so that it does not obey My voice, then I will relent concerning the good with which I said I would benefit it. Jeremiah 18:7-10.
All Kings Must Bow Now
Jesus Christ is the King of kings and the Lord of lords. All men and nations MUST submit to Him. This theme is found throughout Scripture, but is aptly summed up in Psalm 2:10-12:
Now therefore, be wise, O kings;
Be instructed, you judges of the earth.
Serve the Lord with fear,
And rejoice with trembling.
Kiss the Son, lest He be angry,
And you perish in the way,
When His wrath is kindled but a little.
Blessed are all those who put their trust in Him.
Those men, rulers, and nations that do not do homage to Christ, the Son of the Living God, will perish in the way — and will face final judgment on the last day.
Christians are obligated to warn men and nations of their pending fate if they do not repent. Speaking the truth in love is a kindness to the lost world. Perhaps God will bring them to repentance.
And a servant of the Lord must not quarrel but be gentle to all, able to teach, patient, in humility correcting those who are in opposition, if God perhaps will grant them repentance, so that they may know the truth, and that they may come to their senses and escape the snare of the devil, having been taken captive by him to dohis will. 2 Timothy 2:24-26.
When the church is faithful, nothing can stop her from taking this world for Christ.
The gates of hell cannot prevail (Matthew 16:18).
Satan must flee (James 4:7).
The strongholds will come crashing down (2 Corinthians 10:4).
A faithful church has all of God’s mighty power at their disposal. God wants us to KNOW about and USE His mighty power to destroy the lies, half-truths, deceptions, and wicked agendas that abound in this world.
How Do We Take the Earth Back for Christ?
Here are a few ideas to consider:
Follow the example of the Apostle Paul, the First Century Church, the Psalmist, and Jeff Durbin;
Warn the rulers and magistrates about their duty to submit to the Lordship of Jesus Christ lest they perish;
Teach all men everywhere to turn from their own understanding and seek the ways of the Master, Jesus Christ;
Preach the full gospel of the Kingdom of Christ so that the Holy Spirit can convict men of sin, righteousness, and judgment.
Recognize that the judgment has already been decreed — our job is to merely warn people of the truth.
Likewise, we must bring the good news of the gospel to the nations, teaching them to obey everything Christ has commanded. The church must regain its mission to proclaim the Lordship of Christ over all of creation until Christ is preeminent in all things.
God’s Law or Destruction
Our only hope is to repent of our dereliction. The church must step back into her role of warning men and leaders of their duty before God to obey His Law — and the consequences for disobedience.
Sadly, many people in the Christian community don’t even believe that God’s law is valid today. We are under grace, not law — they say. Or — we are dead to the law and alive to the Spirit. Will the Spirit contradict the law? Does grace negate righteousness? May it never be.
Consider what Jesus and the Bible say:
We must live by every Word of God (Deuteronomy 8:3; Matthew 4:4; Luke 4:4);
If we love Him, we will obey His commandments (John 14:15; 1 John 5:3);
Love is defined by the Law of God (Deuteronomy 10:12; Matthew 22:36-40; Romans 13:8; Galatians 5:14);
God’s Law is the law of Liberty (Psalm 119:45; James 1:25, 2:12);
We must teach the nations to obey God’s Law (Isaiah 42:4; Micah 4:2; Matthew 28:18-20);
There are curses to expect if we do not keep God’s Law (Genesis 12:3; Deuteronomy 28:15-68; 1 Corinthians 16:20; Galatians 1:8-9);
We can experience great blessings by obeying the Law in the power of the Spirit (Deuteronomy 28:15-68; Galatians 3:8; Matthew 5:3-9; Hebrews 11:6);
Jesus had to obey the Law perfectly so we could be saved (Hebrews 7:26-28; Romans 5:6-21; Romans 6:23);
The Law of God is good when used lawfully (Psalm 19:7-12; Psalm 119:7; Romans 7:12; 1 Timothy 1:8);
Those who do not obey the least of the commandments will be called the least in the kingdom of heaven and lose rewards (Matthew 5:19; 1 Corinthians 3:15).
In light of all these passages, how should we view God’s Law? It seems we ought to take it extremely seriously. However, there are a few things God’s Law cannot do.
Does God’s Law Have Limits?
To be sure, the LAW cannot save. If it could, Jesus would not have had to die on the cross for our sins (Galatians 3:21-22). Additionally, all the ceremonial laws involving temple worship were completely fulfilled in Christ. He was the final sacrifice (Hebrews 7:27). In 70 AD, Christ destroyed the Temple and all its systems to never be raised again — and faithful Israel, the Church, is the new Temple being built one stone at a time (1 Peter 2:5).
God’s Law alone CANNOT sanctify or justify anyone. We are justified by grace alone through faith alone. Sanctification (growing more like Christ) can only happen through the indwelling of the Holy Spirit. When the Holy Spirit is at work in our lives, we will find God’s Law beautiful and will be able to say with the Psalmist, “Oh, how I love Your law! It is my meditation all the day” (Psalm 119:97). It will be a delight to obey.
For this is the love of God, that we keep His commandments. And His commandments are not burdensome. 1 John 5:3
Obedience to God’s Law is the seedbed for the blessings of God upon a nation. It is also the standard by which we are justified (Jesus had to keep the whole law) and sanctified (we grow in obedience to the Law out of a sincere heart and through the power of the Holy Spirit).
A Word to the Faithless Church
God doesn’t need large numbers to change the world. He only needs a faithful church, filled with the Spirit of God, who loves His Law and wants to proclaim it to a dying world.
Consider Gideon. God reduced the number of his army down to 300 to DEMONSTRATE that it was God’s mighty power that won the battle. A faithful church has access to that same power.
However, a faithless church will only receive rebuke and correction until it repents. Hear God’s rebuke to a faithless church:
When you spread out your hands,
I will hide My eyes from you;
Even though you make many prayers,
I will not hear.
Your hands are full of blood.“Wash yourselves, make yourselves clean;
Put away the evil of your doings from before My eyes.
Cease to do evil,
Learn to do good;
Seek justice,
Rebuke the oppressor;
Defend the fatherless,
Plead for the widow.— Isaiah 1:15-17
God calls the faithless church to cleanse themselves, stop doing evil, learn His Law (do good), seek justice, rebuke the oppressor, defend the fatherless, and plead for the widow.
These are the things that please God and define a faithful church. And this is why God is pleased with ministries like End Abortion Now — they are defending the fatherless, rebuking the oppressor, and seeking justice.
The Cry of the Righteous Man
We must obey God and not man!
That’s the message of the Bible and of Jeff Durbin, pastor of Apologia Church in Phoenix, Arizona.
Durbin understands what it means to bring the gospel to the nations, teaching them to obey everything Christ has commanded.
A faithful church embraces the mission to proclaim Christ's Lordship over all of creation until Christ is preeminent over all things.
Listen to Jeff Durbin, a pastor who understands these truths and is taking them to people, leaders, and rulers in America to demand they submit to Christ the King and God’s Law-word.

Paul was specifically referring to the AD 70 judgment that would come upon the land. In verse 31, Paul uses the word “μέλλω” Strongs 3195 which means something is about to happen.
I’m anticipating someone will bring up “Satan’s Little Season” — a topic I plan to address more fully since it is a growing doctrine in some circles For those interested, I commend you to read or listen to this sermon by Phillip Kayser called The Last Rebellion.
